Thank you for stopping by the library, as you tried to maneuver your way around our crowded Elementary campus, making sure to meet to your new teachers and to reconnect with your all-time favorite teachers, to pick up your student packets and to drop off your supplies.
To start this school year off right, we would like to provide you with the keys to your 24/7 online school library resources. These access keys cannot be published online, but students will have them available within their library letters from their homeroom teachers (elementary) or their English language teachers (secondary).
Did you know, that a wealth of up-to-date articles, multimedia resources, eBooks, book and author resources, college and career preparation materials, and even things like automotive repair manuals and training are available to you 24/7 through our subscription with TexQuest.net? The presentation here will help you get started with the navigation of many of these online resources.
Book Flix is one of the most engaging resources for our elementary students. Kids love Book Flix, because it makes their favorite books come alive through animation. They are also able to explore the companion non-fiction story, that comes with it, play a word match game, and complete other engaging activities. This is a wonderful tool to promote reading skills.
